Position summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled UX designer. The UX/UI Designer will collaborate with team members to conceptualize and design web & mobile interfaces. If you are technically proficient, creative, user-focused, and enjoy thinking through large-scale design solutions, then this could be the opportunity for you. This is a hands-on design role where you will contribute to and support the creative and iterative process. You will immerse yourself in all aspects of end-to-end experience design, using storyboards, journey maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to communicate design ideas and direction. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design team members on all aspects of user-centered design including information architecture, task analysis, user flows and stories, navigation, content hierarchies, interaction design, and functioning prototypes.
• Interpret data and qualitative feedback
• Evaluating our current platform and recommending improvements
• Designing and delivering wireframes, user journeys/flows, and prototypes for a variety of devices and interfaces.
• Conducting user surveys
• Performing A/B testing to improve pages
• Be a part of our design team across the organization to ensure that we have a common design language
• Communicating design ideas and prototypes to developers

About You

• Eligible to work in your chosen location without sponsorship.
• Demonstrate understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery
• Understanding of interaction design principles
• Work iteratively with design using modern tools and processes
• Min 3 years’ experience working on digital products as a designer
• Deep appreciation for design—you care about what we build
• Comfortable with the fast-paced, ambiguous environment of a start-up
• Creative and analytical approach
• Figma expert

Work environment: Lupl is primarily a distributed team. This role may involve an in-office and/or work-from-home environment. Lupl uses standard office equipment that includes, but is not limited to, computers, telephones, multi-function devices (print/copy/scan), books and files. While performing the duties of this job within an office, the employee may be exposed to various components of an office environment such as florescent lighting, pollen, dust, recycled air, VDTs, semi-enclosed areas, central heating and air conditioning and office noise.
