Position summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to contribute to building Lupl – The Collaboration Platform for Legal. We strongly believe in technological freedom, and we are not caught up in the ideological wars between different technologies.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be contributing to a complex suite of systems with many moving parts and high performance requirements. You will have to design, implement, and improve our infrastructure and CI/CD process while keeping an eye out on the future shape of the product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a strong relationship with the development teams to understand the code, its dependencies, and the infrastructure on which it runs
  • Build and maintain systems that will monitor all aspects of the application and the infrastructure
  • Seamlessly integrate DevOps with infrastructure and automation orchestration platforms through established architectural patterns
  • Assist development team with deployment strategy and capacity planning across development, QA, staging and production environments

We’re Looking for Someone Who Has:

  • Experience building cloud-based infrastructure solutions in Microsoft Azure with a strong governance model knowledge
  • Experience with Infrastructure cloud tools such as ARM Templates, Bicep, Terraform, etc.
  • Sound knowledge of administrative best practices for Cloud based applications
  • Proficiency in at least 1 object-oriented programming language such as C#, Java, etc.
  • Understanding of deployment strategies using Service Oriented Architecture and Docker for containerization
  • Strong understanding and experience operating in an agile development environment

Lupl is primarily a distributed team. This role may involve an in-office and/or work-from-home environment. Lupl uses standard office equipment that includes, but is not limited to, computers, telephones, multi-function devices (print/copy/scan), books and files. While performing the duties of this job within an office, the employee may be exposed to various components of an office environment such as florescent lighting, pollen, dust, recycled air, VDTs, semi-enclosed areas, central heating and air conditioning and office noise.
